~ CLASSES FOR 2 - 6 YEARS ~
Baby Ballet 3 - 5 years (Two 2 year old spots) | 60 minute class
This joyful introductory ballet class is designed for young dancers ages 3–5 to explore movement, music, and creativity while building a strong foundation in ballet technique. Students will learn basic ballet positions, terminology, coordination, balance, and body awareness through age-appropriate exercises, imaginative activities, and fun choreography. Drawing from traditional and contemporary ballet methods, this class focuses on developing grace, musicality, confidence, and a love of dance in a positive and encouraging environment. Baby Ballet helps young dancers develop important skills that support continued training in ballet and other styles of dance.
Tiny Stars 3 - 5 years (Two 2 year old spots) | 60 minute class
Tiny Stars is an exciting introduction to the world of dance where young dancers build confidence, creativity, and coordination while exploring Jazz, Tap, and Hip-Hop. Through age-appropriate dance technique, fun choreography, and engaging dance-based games, students develop rhythm, musicality, balance, and body awareness in a positive and encouraging environment. This class focuses on helping young dancers learn foundational movement skills while encouraging imagination, self-expression, and a love for dance. Tiny Stars provides a strong foundation for continued training in multiple dance styles while making every class a fun and memorable experience.
Million Dollar Babies 3 - 5 years (Two 2 year old spots) | 60 minute class
Million Dollar Babies is a fun and engaging introduction to dance where young dancers explore the fundamentals of Jazz, Tap, and Ballet. Through age-appropriate dance technique, creative choreography, and exciting dance-based games, students develop coordination, rhythm, musicality, balance, and confidence while learning the joy of movement. This class focuses on building foundational dance skills in a positive and encouraging environment while allowing dancers to express their creativity and imagination. Students will learn basic ballet positions, jazz movement, tap skills, and performance concepts through activities designed to inspire a lifelong love of dance and prepare them for continued training.
Tiny Cheer 3 - 5 years (Two 2 year old spots) | 60 minute class
Tiny Cheer is a fun and energetic introduction to the world of cheer designed for young athletes ages 3–5. Students will learn the basics of cheer through age-appropriate movements including arm motions, jumps, chants, beginner stunts, and simple choreography. This class helps young dancers build coordination, confidence, listening skills, teamwork, and body awareness in a positive and encouraging environment. Through fun activities, music, and cheer-based games, students will develop a love for performing while learning the importance of working together as a team. Tiny Cheer is the perfect first step for little ones who love to move, smile, and cheer!
Kindergarten Ballet 5-6 years | 60 minute class
Kindergarten Ballet introduces young dancers to the foundations of classical ballet in a fun, encouraging, and age-appropriate environment. Students will begin developing ballet technique while learning basic positions, terminology, body alignment, coordination, balance, and musicality. Through barre exercises, center work, creative movement, and beginner choreography, dancers will build strength, confidence, and a love for ballet. This class encourages imagination, discipline, and self-expression while providing a strong foundation for continued ballet training and growth as a dancer.
CLASSES FOR 6 to 9 YEARS ~
Ballet I. 6 - 7 years | 60 minute class
Ballet I introduces students to the foundations of classical ballet while developing strong technical skills, confidence, and a love for the art form. Students will focus on proper body alignment, ballet positions, basic technique, French terminology, musicality, and movement quality. Classes include exercises at the barre, center floor work, and across-the-floor combinations to build strength, coordination, balance, and control. Students will also learn age-appropriate choreography while developing artistry, discipline, and performance skills. Ballet I provides a strong foundation for continued ballet training and growth as a dancer.
Hip-Hop I. & II. 6 - 9 years | 60 minute class
Hip-Hop is a high-energy and expressive style of dance that combines rhythm, creativity, and individuality. Dancers will explore the foundations of hip-hop movement, including freestyle, popping, locking, breaking, grooves, and musicality while learning choreography set to upbeat and inspiring music. This class encourages dancers to build confidence, develop their own style, and express themselves through movement in a fun and supportive environment. Students will focus on coordination, performance quality, musical awareness, and the cultural elements that make hip-hop one of the most influential and exciting styles of dance today.
Cheer 6 - 9 years | 60 minute class
Cheer is an energetic and team-focused class that combines athletic skills, performance, and spirit. Students will learn cheer fundamentals including arm motions, jumps, chants, stunts, and choreography while developing strength, coordination, confidence, and performance skills. This class encourages teamwork, communication, and friendship as dancers work together to build routines and support one another. Cheer provides a fun and positive environment where students can grow as performers while learning the importance of dedication, cooperation, and team spirit.
Ballet II. 8 - 9 years | 60 minute class
Ballet II is an intermediate-level class designed for dancers ages 8–9 who are ready to continue building upon their ballet foundation. Students will expand their knowledge of ballet terminology, positions, and technique while developing greater strength, flexibility, coordination, musicality, and confidence. Classes include barre work, center exercises, across-the-floor combinations, and choreography at a more advanced level and faster pace than Ballet I. Each dancer receives individualized instruction and support, allowing students of varying experience levels within this age range to grow and progress in their training. Ballet II provides the next step toward continued ballet development and artistic expression.
Jazz/Tap 6 - 9 years | 60 minute class
Jazz/Tap is an exciting class designed for young dancers to explore two dynamic styles of dance while building a strong foundation of technique. Students will learn jazz and tap fundamentals including body awareness, coordination, flexibility, musicality, and expressive movement, along with tap skills that develop rhythm, timing, and sound quality. Through technique exercises, across-the-floor combinations, and fun choreography, dancers will build confidence, performance skills, and a love for dance. This class encourages creativity, energy, and individual expression while providing a positive environment for students to grow as well-rounded dancers.
Acro 6 - 9 years | 60 minute class
Acro is an exciting class that combines dance, gymnastics, flexibility, strength, and balance. Students will learn age-appropriate acrobatic skills while developing coordination, body control, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Through progressions and skill-building exercises, dancers will work on skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, flexibility, and introductory acro combinations. Students will also learn how to incorporate acrobatic movements into dance while improving strength, focus, and performance quality. Acro helps dancers become stronger, more confident performers while building the skills needed to enhance their overall dance training.

Ballet III. 10 - 18 years | 60 minute class
Ballet III is an intermediate to advanced-level class designed for dancers who have developed a strong foundation in classical ballet technique and are ready to continue refining their skills. Students will deepen their understanding of ballet structure, terminology, etiquette, alignment, musicality, and artistic expression. Classes focus on strengthening technique through barre work, center exercises, across-the-floor combinations, and choreography while developing greater control, coordination, and confidence. Each dancer receives individualized instruction and support, allowing students to progress at their own pace while continuing to grow as skilled and expressive ballet dancers. Don’t let the level fool you—this class is designed to meet each dancer where they are. Our individualized approach allows us to accommodate a variety of experience levels while helping every student build confidence, improve technique, and reach their personal dance goals in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Hip-Hop III. 10 - 18 years | 60 minute class
Hip-Hop III is an inermediate to advanced-level class designed for dancers who have developed a strong foundation in hip-hop technique and are ready to challenge themselves through more complex movement, choreography, and performance skills. Dancers will continue to develop musicality, rhythm, coordination, strength, and individual style while exploring the many elements of hip-hop culture. Classes focus on advanced choreography, intricate combinations, freestyle, performance quality, and the development of confidence and personal expression. Students will refine skills such as grooves, isolations, popping, locking, and dynamic movement while learning to perform with energy, creativity, and authenticity. Hip-Hop III encourages dancers to push their boundaries, develop their unique style, and grow as versatile performers in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment.
Cheer 10 - 18 years | 60 minute class
This high-energy cheer class is designed for athletes who want to develop cheer skills, confidence, and performance ability. Students will learn and refine cheer fundamentals including arm motions, jumps, chants, stunts, and choreography while building strength, flexibility, coordination, and teamwork. Students will work on performance quality, synchronization, and school/team-style cheer skills in a positive and supportive environment. This class encourages leadership, dedication, and communication while helping students develop lasting friendships and a strong sense of team spirit.
Tik Tok Dance 10 - 16 years | 30 minute class
TikTok Dance is a fun and energetic class where dancers learn popular trends, creative choreography, and age-appropriate movement inspired by social media dance styles. Students will explore rhythm, musicality, coordination, and performance skills while learning dances set to carefully selected, appropriate music. This class encourages creativity, confidence, and self-expression in a positive environment while helping dancers develop their own style and enjoy the excitement of today’s dance trends. Students will build performance quality, learn choreography, and have fun moving to music they love.
~ INVITATION ONLY CLASSES ~
Pre-Pointe/Pointe 10+ | 60 minute class
Pre-Pointe is a specialized preparation class for serious ballet students who are interested in progressing to pointe work. This class focuses on building the strength, alignment, balance, control, and technical skills needed to safely and successfully transition to dancing en pointe. Pre-Pointe students train alongside the Pointe class. Students must be invited into this class based on readiness, including appropriate strength, technique, maturity, and commitment. Once a dancer is approved to begin pointe work, they must be professionally fitted for pointe shoes—online ordering is not permitted. Proper fitting is essential for safety, comfort, and long-term success. Pointe work is an advanced component of classical ballet technique in which dancers perform on the tips of their fully extended feet while wearing specially designed pointe shoes. Our goal is to provide each dancer with the preparation and guidance needed to approach pointe training safely and confidently.
Dance Company 5+ | 60 minute class for Mini, 90 minute class for Intermediate & Advanced
Our Dance Company offers three levels of training: Mini, Intermediate, and Advanced. Company dancers will explore a variety of dance styles, including Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Lyrical and other performance-based styles (ballet training is separate and required). Dance Company provides dancers with opportunities to perform throughout the community while building confidence, teamwork, discipline, and stage presence. In addition to weekly classes, company members are expected to participate in community performances, volunteer opportunities, and additional fundraising efforts to support costumes, competition fees, and travel expenses. Company dancers are required to take ballet training and at least one additional technique class to continue developing their skills and versatility as performers. This program is designed for dedicated dancers who are ready to challenge themselves, grow as artists, and be part of a supportive team environment.

Our gymnastics classes are designed to support the physical, social, cognitive, and emotional development of every student while providing a fun, engaging, and positive learning environment. Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or has years of experience, our program meets each gymnast at their individual skill level and helps them build confidence, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Through age-appropriate instruction and skill progression, students will develop a strong gymnastics foundation while learning important skills such as focus, perseverance, teamwork, and self-confidence. Little Wranglers Tumbling 3 - 5 years (Two 2 year old spots) | 60 minute class | 5:1 Ratio
Little Wranglers Tumbling is a fun and energetic introduction to the fundamentals of tumbling and movement for young athletes ages 3–5 (only two 2 year old spots available). This class focuses on building coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, body awareness, and confidence through age-appropriate tumbling activities. Students will learn foundational skills such as rolls, basic jumps, animal movements, balance exercises, and introductory gymnastics techniques in a safe and encouraging environment. Through creative games, obstacle courses, and skill-building activities, children will develop listening skills, independence, and a love for movement while building a strong foundation for future tumbling and athletic activities.
Little Ninja Kidz 3 - 5 years (Two 2 year old spots) and 6 - 13 years | 60 minute class | 5:1 Ratio
Little Ninja Kidz is an exciting and action-packed class designed for young athletes ages 3–5 (with two spots available for select 2-year-olds). This class helps children develop balance, coordination, agility, speed, strength, and confidence through fun, age-appropriate ninja warrior activities. Young ninjas will learn the foundations of movement and obstacle skills, including safety techniques, running, jumping, balancing, climbing, core strengthening, kicking, punching, and introductory gymnastics skills. Through games, challenges, and creative activities, students will build gross and fine motor skills, listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and self-confidence in a positive and encouraging environment. Little Ninja Kidz provides the perfect foundation for children to develop strength, independence, and a love for movement while having fun like a true ninja warrior!
Buckaroos 2 – 3 years (Level 1) & 4 - 5 years (Level 2) | 60 minute class | 5:1 Ratio
Buckaroos Gymnastics (Levels 1 & 2) Buckaroos is a confidence- and coordination-building gymnastics program designed for young athletes who are developing foundational skills in a structured, supportive, and encouraging environment. Buckaroos Level 1 introduces children to the basics of gymnastics while helping them become comfortable in a classroom setting and participate independently. With a low 5:1 student-to-coach ratio, this 60-minute class provides individualized attention as students learn age-appropriate gymnastics skills, body awareness, balance, coordination, and safe movement techniques. Through structure and positive reinforcement, children develop patience, focus, self-confidence, and the ability to follow directions while celebrating their accomplishments. Buckaroos Level 2 builds upon the skills learned in Level 1 by providing additional opportunities for skill development, independence, and personal growth. Students participate in engaging and imaginative activities that continue to strengthen coordination, flexibility, balance, and overall gymnastics ability. Coaches provide individualized instruction while encouraging responsibility, self-regulation, and confidence as students practice and master new skills. Both levels are designed to help young gymnasts develop a strong foundation while building the confidence, independence, and love of movement needed for continued success in gymnastics.
Kindergarten Gymnastics 5 - 6 years | 60 minute class | 7:1 Ratio
Kindergarten Gymnastics introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a structured, fun-filled, and active learning environment. This class is designed to build independence, responsibility, confidence, and a love for movement while helping students develop essential gymnastics skills. With a 7:1 student-to-coach ratio, this class provides a balance of group activities, individualized instruction, and independent practice stations. Students will work on improving coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness while learning age-appropriate gymnastics skills. Through positive reinforcement and skill progression, gymnasts will develop focus, self-regulation, confidence, and the ability to take pride in their accomplishments as they continue to grow and master new skills.

Gymnastics Foundations 6 + | 60 minute class | 7:1 Ratio
Gymnastics Foundations is designed for gymnasts ages 6 and older who are building or strengthening their fundamental gymnastics skills. This class is a great fit for beginners, as well as students who may be new to gymnastics or looking to develop a strong technical foundation. Students will learn and refine essential gymnastics skills while focusing on strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, body awareness, and proper technique. Through structured progressions, skill-building activities, and individualized instruction, gymnasts will develop confidence, independence, and a positive approach to learning new challenges. With an emphasis on safety, fundamentals, and personal growth, Gymnastics Foundations allows students to progress at their own pace while building the skills needed for continued gymnastics development. This class welcomes a wide range of ages and abilities, from young beginners to older students who are starting their gymnastics journey.
Recreational Gymnastics 6+ | 60 minute class | 7:1 Ratio
Recreational Gymnastics is the next step for gymnasts who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to continue building their skills in a fun, challenging, and supportive environment. This class focuses on developing proper technique while increasing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and overall athletic ability. Students will continue progressing on all gymnastics events through structured skill progressions, drills, and individualized coaching. As confidence and ability grow, gymnasts will learn more advanced skills while improving body control, endurance, and performance quality. Our coaches recognize that every gymnast progresses at their own pace and provide personalized instruction to help each student reach their full potential. Whether participating for fitness, fun, or personal achievement, Recreational Gymnastics encourages confidence, perseverance, and a lifelong love of movement while preparing students for continued advancement in the sport.
Super Stars Gymnastics 6+ | 60 minute class | 7:1 Ratio
Super Stars Gymnastics is the highest-level recreational gymnastics class offered at Jill's Studio. Designed for gymnasts who have developed a strong foundation, this class provides advanced skill progression in a fun, challenging, and supportive environment. Students will continue building strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and proper technique while progressing through more advanced skills on all gymnastics events. Classes include skill progressions, drills, conditioning, and individualized coaching to help each gymnast safely reach their personal goals and maximize their potential. At Jill's Studio, we believe every gymnast progresses at their own pace. Our coaches provide personalized instruction and encouragement to help students refine their skills, improve confidence, and develop discipline, perseverance, and a strong work ethic. Super Stars Gymnastics is perfect for athletes who are passionate about gymnastics and want to continue advancing their skills while enjoying a positive and rewarding recreational experience.
Wild West Tumbling 6+ | 60 minute class | 7:1 Ratio
Wild West Tumbling is designed for students ages 6 and older who want to build a strong foundation in tumbling in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Whether your child is new to tumbling or looking to improve their skills, this class focuses on proper technique, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body control. Students will learn and refine fundamental tumbling skills through structured progressions, drills, and individualized instruction. Skills may include forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, bridges, walkovers, and other age-appropriate tumbling techniques as students progress. Our coaches work with each student at their individual ability level, helping them build confidence while developing safe tumbling skills. Wild West Tumbling is the perfect class for athletes interested in dance, cheer, gymnastics, or simply learning exciting new skills in a positive and supportive environment.
Ninja Kidz 6+ | 60 minute class | 7:1 Ratio
Ninja Kidz is an action-packed class designed for students ages 6 and older who love to run, jump, climb, and conquer exciting obstacles! This high-energy program combines elements of ninja warrior training, gymnastics, agility, and fitness to help students build strength, coordination, balance, speed, flexibility, and confidence. Through obstacle courses, skill stations, and fun physical challenges, students will learn safe movement techniques while developing skills such as climbing, swinging, jumping, vaulting, crawling, balance, kicking, punching, and introductory tumbling. Every class encourages problem-solving, perseverance, and teamwork while keeping kids active and engaged. Our coaches provide individualized instruction to help each ninja progress at their own pace in a positive and supportive environment. Whether your child is looking to improve athletic ability, build confidence, or simply have fun, Ninja Kidz offers an exciting adventure that develops strong bodies, strong minds, and a lifelong love of movement.
Tumbling Technique & Strength 6+ | 60 minute class | 7:1 Ratio
Tumbling Technique & Strength is designed for students who want to improve their tumbling skills by building a strong foundation of technique, strength, flexibility, and body control. This class focuses on proper skill progressions, conditioning, and drills that help students safely develop and refine their tumbling abilities. Athletes will work on core strength, upper and lower body conditioning, balance, coordination, flexibility, and power while learning correct technique for skills such as handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, handsprings, and other tumbling elements based on their individual level. Our coaches provide personalized instruction in a positive and encouraging environment, helping each student progress safely and confidently. Whether your goal is to improve tumbling for gymnastics, cheer, dance, or personal achievement, this class provides the strength and technical foundation needed for continued success.
